<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Nature Meeting Graffiti Artist in Parma September 6-7, 2024</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>A call for 6 urban artists to reflect on the relationship with Nature</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nature Meeting Graffiti Artist is a Call for 6 Urban Art artists who are invited to give their contribution for a reflection on nature, understood not only as beauty but also as a mother of which man is only part and not the central point.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Meeting is conceived and coordinated by the McLuc Culture aps association of Parma ( <a href="https://www.mclucculture.org/">https://www.mclucculture.org/)</a> and is hosted by Molino Agugiaro &amp; Figna, promoter and supporter of the initiative, at the Valera facility on Via Martiri della Liberazione (between Parma and Vicofertile). In an area that already represents an important historical memory for the art of Parma millers. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The artists will be selected by an internal jury whose names will be announced after June 25. The jury will take into account: Relevance to the proposed theme, Artistic quality, Creativity of the work, Interaction with the surroundings, Feasibility in relation to resources and Originality. Works must be unpublished not have already been used in other areas.  </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The project is not intended to be a competition, but an opportunity for the organizers and artists to use urban creativity as a means of concretely raising community awareness of the contents of the proposed theme.The works, created on the walls of some of the plant&#8217;s buildings, will in fact be clearly visible from the street.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">McLuc Culture APS is a nonprofit cultural association based in Parma. Created in 2005, it is dedicated to promoting urban art as a form of social development. Among its aims is to use urban art as a tool to overcome cultural boundaries, prejudices and social conflicts. Creativity is a form of art therapy to foster personal growth, connection with the environment and relationships among people. Despite its modest size, the association manages to organize regular world-class events thanks to a network of passionate volunteers who revolve around it. McLuc Culture APS is part of an international network of urban artists around the world and organizes several initiatives, including the European urban art convention Urban Signs and in 2024 the Meeting of Styles Italy     </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The 31st edition of the <strong>World Pizza Championship</strong> is approaching, and <strong>Agugiaro &amp; Figna Molini</strong> will be present again this year as Main Sponsor with many new features and an exciting program of events including the &#8220;<strong>Special Award Le 5 Stagioni &#8211; Pizza of Change for Sustainability</strong>.&#8221;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">To participate, it will be enough to register at the secretary&#8217;s office on the first day of the World Pizza Championship (Tuesday, April 9) by signing the regulations and signing the self-declaration in which you commit to comply with at least three of the criteria set in order to promote attention to environmental sustainability.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">On July 4 and 5, in the beautiful setting of Villa Terzaghi in Milan, the <strong>Northern selection of Emergente</strong>, the competition reserved for young chefs and pizza chefs under 30 conceived and organized by <strong>Witaly</strong>, took place.<br/>We are thrilled to have participated as main sponsor and to have had the opportunity to meet so many young people full of talent and desire to prove themselves.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>Naples, Sept. 4, 2023 </em>&#8211; Agugiaro &amp; Figna, the historic Italian milling company, returns to Bufala Fest for a five-day tasteful event.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The event will feature the best masters of the art of pizza making, including the ambassadors of the Le 5 stagioni brand. <strong>Ciccio Vitiello, Antonio Starita, Raffaele Vitale, Pasquale Cozzolino, Gianni Improta, Paolo Surace, and Guglielmo Vuolo </strong>are ready to make palates dream through the pizzas offered in the tasting booths and during the numerous show cooking sessions, thanks to an exceptional raw material: the <strong>Le 5 Stagioni </strong>line of flours <strong>, </strong>the company&#8217;s first brand of flours dedicated to pizza, which has now become a reference point in the industry. In recent years, in fact, many chefs and pizza makers have found inspiration in the Le 5 Stagioni range, from traditionalists to innovators. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">There will be no shortage of stage for Le Sinfonie, flours dedicated to pastry by Agugiaro &amp; Figna Molini, which will tune the sweet notes of the great interpreters of Neapolitan millennial pastry: <strong>I Marigliano, Scaturchio and Pasticceria Caldarelli</strong>.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">  At this seventh edition of the Bufala Fest, there will be no shortage of attention to sustainability with <strong>a talk entitled &#8220;The food supply chain between food diversity, economic inclusion, environmental eco-sustainability&#8221;</strong> by Agugiaro &amp; Figna Molini and Fratelli La Bufala, with the presence of MSC Cruises. The meeting is an &#8216;opportunity for the audience of insiders and journalists to learn about the sustainability projects of their respective companies, with a focus on technological investments aimed at reducing impacts on the environment, but also to make business processes and practices effective, traceable and tangible. This is the goal pursued by Agugiaro &amp; Figna Molini in all its latest investments.  </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Also of extraordinary importance are the activities that the company will share with <strong>Fratelli La Bufala</strong>, the most important network of pizza makers in the world engaged in social activities of re-education and professional integration through the &#8220;Pizzeria dell&#8217;Impossibile&#8221; project, in collaboration with Nisida Prison.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The<strong>Accademia dei Maestri del Lievito Madre e del Panettone Italiano</strong> presents the first edition of the World Team Panettone Championship, a prestigious event that will see the best Master Lievitistas from different parts of the world compete and parade at the opening ceremony scheduled for <strong>Oct. 9</strong> at <strong>Eataly Verona.</strong></p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">From Oct. 10 to 13, competitions will be held in which each team, consisting of three members plus a coach, will have to demonstrate their skills in making 10 identical panettone cakes, produced in three versions: classic Italian panettone, chocolate panettone with chocolate dough, and innovative leavened &#8220;savory panettone.&#8221; The panel of judges, composed of national team managers and outside judges, will be asked to express their preference through strict evaluation criteria covering the yeast products produced, waste reduction, teamwork, cleanliness and final presentation. The ranking will be given by the sum of the scores obtained by the teams in the different categories.    </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The event will find its culmination on October 14 at <strong>HostMilano</strong> where the winning team of the first <strong>Panettone World Championship</strong> <strong>team</strong> trophy will be proclaimed, along with the presentation of special prizes awarded by the Jury Presidents.  </p>
