The event, dedicated to the best talents <strong>under 30<\/strong>, offered an exclusive stage to test skills and professionalism in two prestigious locations: <\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd <strong>Villa Agrippina Gran Meli\u00e0<\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udccd <strong>Council Chamber of Palazzo Valentini<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After two intense days of rehearsals and evaluations, the jury selected the <strong>four finalists<\/strong> who will compete in the <strong>EmergenteSala 2025<\/strong> <strong>National Final<\/strong>, scheduled for <strong>April 28 and 29 in Monza<\/strong> at <strong>Hotel De La Ville<\/strong> and <strong>Villa Reale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The finalists of the South-Central Selection 2025<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These young professionals demonstrated excellent technical and management skills, gaining access to the Monza Final:<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd47 <strong>Gabriele Bove<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Pash\u00e0 Restaurant, Conversano (BA), Puglia<\/em><br \/>\n\ud83e\udd47 <strong>Valerio Cesaroni<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Ristorante Sintesi, Ariccia (RM), Lazio<\/em><br \/>\n\ud83e\udd47 <strong>Maria Antonella Di Renzo<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Elementi Fine Dining Restaurant, Borgobrufa SPA Resort, Torgiano (PG), Umbria<\/em><br \/>\n\ud83e\udd47 <strong>Raffaele Semplice<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Re Santi e Leoni Restaurant, Nola (NA), Campania<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 <strong>Best Bread Award<\/strong><br \/>\nThe award, sponsored in collaboration with <strong>Agugiaro &amp; Figna Molini<\/strong>, was given to <strong>Bruno Manfredini<\/strong> of <em>Pepe Nero Restaurant, Capodimonte (VT), Lazio.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Agugiaro &amp; Figna&#8217;s support for young hospitality professionals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Training catering talent has always been at the heart of <strong>Agugiaro &amp; Figna<\/strong>&#8216;s commitment.
