Saturday, May 20 sees the return of“Molini a Porte Aperte,” the event organized by Italmopa, where you will have the unique opportunity to enter the world of Agugiaro & Figna Molini, visit our plants in Curtarolo and Collecchio, learn firsthand about the wheat milling process and discover how different types of flour are created.
The tour will begin with a presentation of the world of wheat, the current state of the market and the types of products made. You will then have the opportunity to see how the milling process has evolved through new technologies, while keeping its original know-how intact.
