On July 4 and 5, in the beautiful setting of Villa Terzaghi in Milan, the Northern selection of Emergente, the competition reserved for young chefs and pizza chefs under 30 conceived and organized by Witaly, took place.
We are thrilled to have participated as main sponsor and to have had the opportunity to meet so many young people full of talent and desire to prove themselves.
During the 2 days, pizza makers and chefs competed in doughs, pairings, and interpretations to advance to the Emergente Pizza and Emergente Chef finals to be held at ALMA in early 2024.
