Multi-grain mix with seeds, versatile, for golden, sweet or savory breads and baked goods.

Package 10 kg

Golden coloring, sweetly round taste, softness even in small sizes. Can be used pure or blended with traditional flours to characterize breads and cakes, leavened and unleavened. Suitable for rolling mixed at 50%. Promotes the use of freezing in the production process and freezing by the end customer for preservation.

May contain traces of egg, milk, lupine.
