Stabilizes the mounding, supports even and regular development in baking, promotes the retention of the wetting. Modular in different pandispagna structures: fine-holding for dipping, elastic and soft for rolling, textured for filling and decorating. Porous, slightly elastic structure. Soft and light texture.
